    Community partnership & leadership training program

    Establish partnerships and collaboration within the Black community, working with Black-led organizations and businesses. Facilitate training for leadership teams on critical thinking, conflict resolution, customer service, and other operational and interpersonal skills needed to grow and sustain community impact. Develop a customer service toolkit for exceptional customer experience training, equipping teams with scripts, response standards, and empathy practices that build loyalty and trust.
